(M1) Member +1 - $70.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments This is a FULL Membership for current or potential real estate investors, property owners, managers, and landlords. Member +1 - Allows primary member plus one guest (Spouse, business partner, associate, etc.) to join under a single membership fee of $70. Only one vote and only one office can be held per membership.

(V1) AFFILIATE VENDOR-BUSINESS - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments This membership is for a business or individual trade who provides goods or services to the real estate industry. This level ONLY provides access to all our discount programs, which directly supports our association. It does not provide access to meetings, networking opportunities, or any other association benefits.

(V2) AFFILIATE PLUS VENDOR-BUSINESS - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments This membership is for a business or individual trade who provides goods or services to the real estate industry. This level ONLY provides access to all our discount programs, which directly supports our association, as well as placing a business card ad on our website. It does not provide access to meetings, networking opportunities, or any other association benefits.

(V3) FULL VENDOR-BUSINESS - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments This membership is for a business or individual trade who provides goods or services to the real estate industry. This level is a FULL membership that provides access to all our discount programs, which directly supports our association. as well as providing access to meetings, networking opportunities, and all other association benefits.

This is for a vendor-business that would like to sponsor one of our events. It includes a three to five minute sales pitch in front of the group, a display for the duration of the meeting, an ad in our newsletter for the month of the event, and a one year ad on our website.
