  • Enhance – To enhance our members through meaningful local and national benefits such as discounts, education, networking, and fellowship, while emphasizing professionalism and standards of excellence in our industry.
  • Empower – To empower our members, allowing them to be informed, stronger, and more confident in their real estate investing and management decisions.

OUR SUCESSES:

Through our partnerships with the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association (PROA) and the National Real Estate Investors Association (NREIA) we have successfully lobbied for legislation:

  • Reducing tenant eviction time.
  • Having tenant's wages garnished for property damages and back rent.
  • Having rent held in escrow during the eviction appeal.
  • Making tenants responsible for separating their garbage and maintaining their smoke detectors.
  • Amending the Handicap Access Bill.
  • Stopping the Lease Tax.
